Bank Account for MP character/Peds in SP?

I always play as a ped or MP character model in single player, and this often makes it so that I can't take advantage of other mods that require you to buy things, since only Michael, Franklin, and Trevor (aka player models 0-2) have true bank accounts in SP.
Does anyone have any idea how to go about creating a mod that would give MP characters and peds (aka player model 3) an account as well?
