Headlights wont turn off on vehicle, add-ons or vanilla

Headlights wont turn off in add-ons or vanilla.
So, i was preparing a scene for a cinematic and noticed my lights wouldn't turn off. I even went thru simple trainer to turn the engine off and it says they it is off at bottom of screen but it is still on. I have switched models and still same results. If i step out of the vehicle, the engine and lights go off.
I have menyoo, simple trainer, and scene director installed.
This just started happening today. I made a quick scene last night before bed and now this is happening.
I have removed the add on cars and same results.Any ideas why my vehicle headlights refused to go off or I cant shut off engine?
