Importing GTA SA ped mods into GTA 5

Hi, I have only just begun modding GTA 5 this week but have experience modding in the past. I have came across a couple of mods that aren’t imports of modded peds from GTA SA. Therefore I was wondering if there were any tutorials about that could help me get started on this process. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
