GTA NVR Lights problem, any help?

Hi guys, i have recently installed NVR and some other optional tweaks that comes with it, i don't have any other mods installed other than NVR and its tweaks, but lights inside buildings are like that, first pic how it should be, second how it's mine, any help or fix?

@KryZee Go to in-game menu options, and set post-processing to "normal".
