How to Create a perfect collision for a Boat Addon?

here, I converted a fishing boat for the RP server of a friend but here I can not operate the collision of the boat,
to explain what i did, i copy the parts of the boat or i want a colision and i attach them to a basic gta colision then i remove the basic colision after the attachment but in the game my boat appears with a collision at a certain place and when I but on the water, the front of the boat sinks (screenshot )
