HELP PLEASE!!! CRASH GTA AFTER MOD INSTALL!

Hi guys, i have a real problem, today i installed a car mod on gta 5, i did everything according to instructions, afteуr installing the mod I entered the game, everything was fine, but when I selected story mode, the game closed and i saw an error "ERR_SYS_FILELOAD", and its always now!! I tried to do a backup of the old file, but the error remained. Please, somebody, help me, thanks.!

i think is for the new upgrade of gta v.today my game upgrade and crash too.(i have mod too).some help?

yes, now im running it and the same thing happend, i dont know what to do..(((((((((((

just uninstall the game and then install it, i try it today and it works
