Game not loading after update! no gameconfig for 1.0.1737.0

i updated my game and it worked then i installed the new scripthook and the simple trainer! then i installed some add-on cars! now my game crashes, so i searched for the gameconfig and its removed from the website! any idea where i can find it to play?

The game not loading is Menyoo's fault. Change your Menyoo version to 1.0.0. As for gameconfigs, I can't seem to get them to work, but my game does start.
