Vanilla Addon Cars dissapear when spawned with trainer

When I try to spawn the new cars with a trainer they appear and 2 seconds later they dissapear. Can anyone help or same thing happen to you and you fixed it? Thanks!

@Meggawatt9927 Try this, set the option in the trainer to have the car spawn and you be in it automatically. Then save the car with a persistence mod.
