[LodDist] Help! How can i change to right LodDist?

Hi, I reworked the building, Mosley Auto. Now my question is, how can I change the LodDist of the sc1_34_mos_lod, so does the GTA load the high quality texture earlier [texture in the ydr]?

Here I have 2 pictures of close, loaded with high quality. and once from the distanse where the lod ytd is loaded.

does anyone know if you can change that? and what value and where !?
