Game keeps crashing installing cars

So I am new to this whole modding thing and yesterday was my first day. I currently have 10 cars installed but seems to be my limit? when i try to install more cars it just crashes my game. I tried deleting all text and files to a car I had installed then would install a new car and my game will start up but when I try to reinstall the car I deleted before my game will crash again. So im kinda confused on what to do from this point on. Sorry if this may seem confusing but if anyone can help it be appreciated!

Have you tried using a custom gameconfig.xml?
There's several available although I'm not sure which one works best for the latest game version
