i was installing some mod and forget to backup the file now the game wont run=\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf is missing

Steam or retail copy? If it's steam, just verify the game's files and cache and it'll redownload the original into the game itself. It's always good to use a mods folder next time so that you won't run into this in the future since you'll already have a copy in the base vanilla game outside of the mods folder. Don't know the fix on the retail side though.

But I heard from some moderators that they don't allow to share original game files here.
