Is it possible to create another GTA 5 mods account on the same email that you signed up with originally?

I am wanting to create a new account for gta5-mods using the same email that I use on my current gta5-mods account.

AFAIK, no you cannot. You would either have to delete your current account and then create the new account, or create the new account with a different email address.
Keep in mind that creating multiple accounts is not allowed except for some cases (e.g. an account for your "team").

If I could explain my reasoning for creating a second account, would it be allowed? (bare in mind, I wouldn't use the old account anymore)
