Natural Vision Remastered lights are extremely bright at night

I recently installed Natural Vision Remastered to FiveM and it looks fantastic during the day. however come night fall all of the lights in the game are extremely bright and washed out. Viewing videos and such from other people, it seems like during the night time, their lighting seems fine.
What I have installed from the FiveM NVR Pack: Brighter nights, Enhanced Motion Blur (light), and Weapon Overhaul pack. Dragged these RPFs into the addons folder of FiveM.

Outside shot of a street https://i.imgur.com/xEpdwRV.jpgIs there anything that can be done to avoid this from happening? Certain areas are way too bright to want to be at. And from all the videos and screenshots I've seen from others who have NVR installed, the lights are no where near as bright as they are here.

Is there a built-in ENB in the NVR file? It is best not to install the brightness file in the attached file at night. It is for people who have insufficient screen brightness.

@Huangyl As far as I'm aware there doesn't seem to be any ENB's installed as FiveM doesn't allow ENB's and it looks the same on both Singleplayer and the FiveM mod

@SlipperyDoot use different ENB and reshade. There is plenty of them to choose by your prefers on this site

@ArmaniAdnr Gotta use NVR. Using it on both single player and FiveM. Others don't work on FiveM especially ENB's as I stated in a reply a couple hours ago.

@SlipperyDoot so in that case when you need to use that specific enb I see just one way how to fix it - you have to play with it and set light settings in that ENB by yourself

Looks like Visualsettings wasn't copied over properly?

@ikt That's what I'm thinking. I change the visualsettings.dat but I haven't noticed any changes. I would change the car.headlight emission and car.tailight emission for both day and night and it doesn't seem to apply
