My 850 T-5R addon mod thinks its a Vulcar branded vehicle?!

I installed this mod: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/volvo-850r#description_tab
And for some reason, after I changed global.gxt2 in that addon my game suddenly thinks it's a Vulcar vehicle and not a Volvo:
Wat do?

Nevermind I fixed it, it ended up being the 242 Turbo mod which has a missing american.gxt file.

And the second I installed the (awesome btw) V10 engine sound mod it reverted to Vulcar 850 T-5R. God damn, is it a game related bug or am I doing something wrong?
