Can someone help me how to download the Home Invasion mod for GTA V?

I really need some guidance, im trying to download it for like 2 months now, but nothing works. my other mods like Menyoo, open all interiors, ultimate ragdoll and pedestrian riot work 100% except Home Invasion.

Did you try anything? It might be a good idea to let people know what you tried, what did or did not work and what the errors are.
