Editing LODs support on a existing map mod

Hi,

I'd like to use LS Alive but when i play with it i see in some places in the game, a big drop of FPS from 60 to 30-35 while i have a sli 2080 16 Go Ram and a i7 9700k.

So, for my personnal use i want to edit LS Alive with the LODs support to have a boost of performance but i never did it..

So, if someone can help me to explain me how to do, or a good way to do it, i'll take it.
