installing sound mod to add on

hi so i tried doing research but it doesn’t look like anyone has a tutorial on how to install a sound mod like this. this is the mod i would like installed: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/dodge-cummins-12-valve-diesel-sound-mod-for-add-ons i have tried asking many people for help but they haven’t responded. any help would be great. thanks
