HUGE fps drops (GPU USE)

Hi,

I have a i7 9700K, 22080, 16Go RAM, the game on a Nvme.

BUT

When i play, i have HUGE fps drops and i have an idea of the reason : my GPUs never exceed 45-50% of use and my CPU too.

I don't know how to solve it, i reinstalled Windows, my game is on the last update.

If someone could help me, i'll be very happy bcause i try to solve this since 2 weeks...

@Master_Findus Try to reduce game settings like Ambient Occlusion, PostFx, Soft Shadows and etc....

@Venkey Yes they are on the latest update of Nvidia 431.60

@Venkey I already tried this but even when i put the game to the minimum settings there is this bug
