ScripthookV not working for me!

Hello, im currently running the latest version of GTA. I'm having trouble with scripthookv. It's the latest version of it. When I put scripthookv into the folder my game doesn't start up. Without it it runs fine. I only have the latest version of menyoo trainer and the basic trainer. Any help would be appreciated.
