Can you add new mods to GTA5 PS3?

I have d3ad3ditzz mod menu add i wanna know can i add new mods to the menu. I know this website is for pc mods, but im asking can i add mods to a ps3, mods like turning into spiderman and other cool mods. And if you can , can someone give me a step by step on how to do so.
