[Request] FOV Mod Update

Can somebody update or redo this mod:

I know we can't reupload mods from other authors without their permisson but this mod has been long dead since 2017 and the mod authos doesn't have any interest in updating it.

I assume a total rework of the mod with an In-Game menu configuration like the "Extended Camera Settings" mod would be better than having no working FOV mods, since the ones that do work only modify parts of the first person FOV, like aiming.
