is their a easy way to instal mods for gta 5?

i wanted to know if theirs an easy way to instal mods in gta 5 ive looked at videos and it seems theirs alot of editing to do and i am ald=adult learning disbaled and i have trouble with editing things and remembering stuff and im not sure i can instal these mods in the game. Could somebody help me instal them somehow so that i can use them in the game?
its very stressful for me when i look at something cool for a game and i cant instal them i could really use the help.
