Rebuilding Dealership.

Hi im new to this but i have a goal to learn it all.
I want to rebuild the car dealership, i found how u can remove and Edit Existing Interiors with
codewalker. But when i enabled DLC evrything inside Went blue and the front desk was somthing
i couldent delete. But how to i remove walls etc? Is that somthing i need to do in 3ds max?
If anyone know a good tutorial im all in.
