Wanted for no reason when passing near a cop

Anytime I pass a cop whether on foot or in any car I automatically get one star. I do have one replacement car (Charger replacer for Franklin's Buffalo S) and 5-6 addon cars along with maybe a dozen or so mods. None of the mods are supposed to effect police (Real Life 2 can but I disabled it's police related effects in it's ini file.) so I'm confused. I can list the mods I use if need be, thanks in advance for any input on this issue.

That unfortunately is the one causing it. I thought for sure disabling the police effects would prevent an issue but oh well. Time to find a new mod for the engine and injury features.
