menyoo mod menu

hello dear gta5mods team. I have a question. and that's about the menyoo mod menu. I know that there is a new version of the menyoo mod menu, I have also installed this version [1.1.0], plus the extra mods you need [script hook v + open iv], would like to start grand theft auto v, press the key f8 but nothing happens. simply nothing. can you possibly help me with that? or maybe the community? because i am already looking for help since 3 hours and i do not know what to do. I just want to please use the mod menu! Please someone help me

Also, this really doesn't belong in the tutorial section. Next time pay attention to the different categories and post in the proper one. More people will see it if it is in the correct area.
