Why won't mods work?

I have no idea why my mods aren't working, I put the dinput8.dll and scripthookv.dll exactly where every tutorial shows me to put them and nothing pops up when I hit f4 in game. Can anybody plllllleeeeeeaaaaasssseeeee help?

@zackg17 Well dinput8.dll and scripthookv.dll aren't supposed to do anything in the game when you press f4. NativeTrainer.asi is supposed to open with f4 if you want to use it instead of a different trainer, did you also install that file?
