Addition to Gang and Turf Mod

I wish that this mod would be able to work with the Liberty City Rewind Mod, The Vice City mod and the North Yankon mod. In addition I wish there was a way for the game to recognize certain boroughs of LC (like Westdyke and North Holland) and VC (like Little Havana and Little Haiti) without calling the expansions the Pacific Ocean. No one will tell if this would happen.

there is, ofcourse it has to be added manually, next version of VC is going to have it, infact the build released on discord server already has iirc
