Infinite loading screen gta v (patch 1.46 Arena war)

Hi, downloaded gta V version 1.41 from a website called fitgirlrepack (i know, it is a crack, don't blame me) and i started to install add-ons when my game crashed because i wasn't using the right gameconfig. i tried to find a working one for my game version but no one of them worked. so i tried to update my game to arena war 1.0.1604.0 through a tutorial. the update went flawless (i see the update while loading the game) but i still haven't found a good gameconfig and the game keeps loading without allowing me to play it(i tried this one with the right version: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars). So, could you guys help me finding a good gameconfig for my game? Thanks
