playgtav.exe issue

hi, so steam forced me to install the new rockstar games launcher, and now when i want to launch game, it gives me an error err_no_launcher and saying i have to launch gta from playgtav.exe and now i cant play. i have outdated game with bypass launcher and stuff. what can i do? hte game was working fine before the update

all you can do is update, the game forces you to have an internet connection so you can't bypass it
