New update with Rage Plugin Hook

Someone will ask eventually so putting this here.
to load RPH and lspdfr etc after the new update yesterday (17/9/19) do the following:

load the game via the r* launcher or steam
-
select singleplayer
-
while it says "loading story mode" tab out and load rph
-
LET IT LOAD before tabbing back into gta
-
everything should be working
