Getting issues with missing map textures/invisible gray map issues.

Lately I've been receiving issues with map textures loading (the gray invisible spots you get in the world). I'm wondering if it's the 1260 car pack I have installed.
But I have 16GB of DDR4 RAM, a 1050TI, i5-6600.
What is the issue?

@homework massive amount of cars, probably none with lod's and the file size of the dlc pack(s?) would be huge too
you using a gameconfig?

@Reacon Yep, or I else I wouldn't load without the limitless gam,e config lol.

@homework it should be that pack for sure I think. even that you have 16GB RAM the problems are 1. the game is not able to use all of your ram (don't know why, I aswell have 32GB ram but never use over 12GB during GTA with other programs opened) and 2. seems that it's using more GPU memory than RAM, try to monitor GPU usage during playing and let us know, I think it would be jumping over 80% and in that point there is no reason to fix textures glitches with tons of mods yet

@ArmaniAdnr So do you recommend I just get rid of the 1260 car mods?

@homework depends on you, you can aswell just lower your graphic settings and it would be ok. I would say it depends how much you want of that cars. If you are not interesting for example for 40% of used cars, just make your own pack or delete that ones and defragment game using OpenIV. If you want them all just lower your graphic.

Replace or just add on btw?
Because just adding them, without spawning via trainer, it shouldn't create problems perse

@ReNNie It's mixed. I think it was 200 replace and 1060 addon.

Replacement cars without LODS is a big no no
Also remove the Youtube vid. Those packs are not permitted to even share the cars without permission from the original authors

@ReNNie Sorry, wasn't aware of that. I removed it.
So maybe I should just try addon cars then? The same developer released a pack with just 1100 addons.
