GTAs new rockstar launcher update preventing previous game versions

Really hoping there is a fix or workaround this bullshit gta 5 update that just came out. Just recently was FORCED to update so I wanted to downgrade the version so I can play my mods and this bullshit is giving me an ERR_NO_LAUNCHER every time i start the game. Help me out, Im on your side. I just wanna play the my modded GTA already. Im surprised this isnt really being talked about
