I'd say it's perfectly normal. Looks like you haven't installed any mods or scripts yet.
If you do, the number may swell to as much as fifteen.

You may. But Open IV will also prompt if you wish to make one, once it detects you try to edit the files. In which case, make sure to say yes!

there are Youtube videos and an official guide by the OpenIV team on how to set up V for using a mods folder
we use it so we edit game files only inside the mods folder, this way V will not think the original game files got corruptedwhen starting to use scripts you create the scripts folder yourself and place any .cs and .dll scripts inside that folder (FYI asi scripts go in the root folder where the exe is)

Now i have done that, and how i install mods? I have downloaded a mod but i cant find file there i'm going to put it in..
