Franklin clothing Mods on MP M??

Im wondering if there is a tutorial on how to convert Franklin clothing and shoe mods onto a MP free mode character. I've searched google, YouTube and a bit of the forums but haven't found anything that really solves my issue. I did it a while ago while i was just playing around in openIV before i broke my game with Redux but i don't remember exactly how i did it.
