How to rig SP clothes for MP

I always see people using SP clothes mods on MP models, and I've always wanted to do the same for my game. I tried looking around YouTube for any videos, but I only found the process being worked backwards; MP to SP. i'm looking for SP to MP. Anyone can help? I'd appreciate it.

@HeySlickThatsMe your right its the same but its very hard to do that with pants or jeans or something with legs....
