[DONE] Remove Instant-Death Headshots

We all know that if we shoot a pedestrian in the head, they would die instantly. On the other hand, the player just takes damage like normal. Does anyone know any scripts that negate this instant-death headshot feature?

Install Script Hook V .NET, then copy StrongPeds.cs to within the scripts folder in your GTA V directory.

If I may ask, why would you want the peds to take damage like 'normal' instead of the other way 'round where the player would also be insta killed by a headshot?
