Have you installed modded gameconfig? Those issues are most likely caused by one

@Knudsen88 script hook is not causing issues like this, there are 4 options what can be wrong.
- You are missing gameconfig or heapadjuster,
- problem is caused by menyoo (try to delete it)
- you have installed any other mods which are causing this problem, most probably models ised in that mission
- you have any other asi files or scripts which are causing this for example vehicle control script is glitching missions even that it's not related to the missions
