HELP: How To Install Add-On Vehicles With Modifications?

I have all my cars install and they load in game but I have no modifications. I am using Albo's Modding DLC Pack and I need to know what I do after I change carvariations.meta, vechicle.meta and handling.meta. I just need to find out where place the CARNAMEmods.rpf and what else I have to do in order to be able to modify my cars.
