Problems with AddonPeds / Skins

Hey Forum, my English is not so googd, but I give my best
If I use AddonPeds, I cant go inside House anymore, so much Contact from Handy is gone, cant buy a Garage and cant go inside Pay’n’Spray. Is this Normal or did I forget something? Is there a mod or Setting, which fixes the Problem?
