i have native trainer installed but it won't spawn certain cars or bikes

can anyone tell me why my cars or bikes are not spawning in my game I have used native trainer but it shows the picture of certain cars or bikes but when I try to spawn it won't spawn only some of the cars or bikes....... Help ??????
