The Textures dont load after 30 min.

When I play with mods is all ok but after 30 min. all textures unload it looks like the map when the areas not load

@B_O_E try to monitor your hardware, most of times this happend coz of high temperature of cpu or gpu

if you are using too many badly optimized scripts,
spawn too many add-on high-poly cars,
or use too many replacement cars ingame,
then yes this is likely to happenit has nothing to do with hardware or its temperatures

spawning too much high poly models or wrong models = overheating if you don't get memory error first 
so the things you write may cause easy overheating
