I deleted update.rpf to clean my gta 5 from mods,
How do I activate those mods again?

@Dony Take the vanilla update.rpf and put it in your mods folder. Reinstall mods. If you didn't use a mods folder or have a 2nd backup copy of the game, and edited the vanilla update.rpf, make sure to not do that again. We can't share vanilla files.
