[PLAYER] Beards and Scars for MP Male

Really cant believe no one's made these yet. Is it more difficult modding MP Males and Females?
I see NPCs with full beards, can we not some how use those for our recreated online characters? (using Skin Control in Single Player)
and what about scars? Or new tattoos??
