Change GPS guideline color

Hi, I have problems in my eyes. How can I change the color of the GPS guide? For this problem my gaming experience is not good because I need to open the map every few seconds to see the GPS guide. If someone can help me I would be very grateful. thank you very much.

Are you talking about making the minimap in satellite view? Cause there's already a mod for it https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/satalite-view-map
