The mod wont work. I followed the instructions by the letter when downloading, yet whenever i launch the game it crashes midway through the loading screen. However i downloaded wov patch, it started but the casino was broken along with many elements

Retail, Steam, or Pirated copy of the game?
Game version? Mods installed? Using a mods folder?followed the instructions by the letter when downloading
If you followed the install instructions to the letter, then it should be working. Sounds like whatever else you're trying to run is causing the problem.
