[VEHICLE] Gta 4 convertion

I was wondering if someone has the ability to convert a vehicle from gta 4 to gta 5?
The vehicle which I would love to see converted is this exact police boat
It would be great because a police predator isn't a good patrol boat for bigger waves.I hope someone will get to do this.
