Looking for the file where "rich" or "common" cars are listed

Hi everybody, im looking for the name and maybe the location of the file where "rich" or "common" cars are listed to edit it. I did it month ago but lost all my files and i don't remember the name of it.

@Dividic do you mean that you want rename for example 'rich' category of vehicles for 'ultrarich' ? if yes try global.gxt2 located in

update\update.rpf\x64\data\lang\american_rel.rpf\

@ArmaniAdnr no i wanted to edit the file to enable addon's car spawn in the trafic and the name of that file is popgroups i finaly found it
