Can I change my username, and if I can, then how?

I created this account when I was a very immature person, and by the way, I have improved. Anyways I chose my current username when I made the account and I now want to change it, but I cannot find any tutorials on how to change my username and GTA 5 Mods seems to block me from changing it.
