SETTING UP OIV (self install) files

Can anyone teach my how to setup OIV files please and thank you!

@Goat-Tivities I learned it by this tutorial
my advice from my experience, don't use notepad++ but use visual studio code, which is for free to download. Notepad++ is not showing whitespaces which may cause that your OIV will not work even when you do everything right (especialy if you would copy some lines from tutorial and don't write them by yourself) (:
