Missing in games vanilla Car mod parts PLEASE HELP!

After installing ADD on packs/ ADD on cars this happened ...
Bumpers spoilers etc.. Was missing
When i go to los santos customs Not parts are on the list.If i use meyoo to add parts example: rims game crashes .
The car pack was GTA IV cars to GTA V .
Then i installed the pack manually . But now i can't ADD any parts like rims etc ingame .. To the cars in the GTA IV
packIt is also effecting a few GTA V cars after installing manually and it is not saving any benny's mods after installing add on's

@Nosh check the Modkit_ID's in carcols.meta and carvariations.meta from the added vehicles, they need to be in the 400 - 1024 range to avoid conflicts with vanilla modkits
